I PURCHASEDAN ABOVE GROUND SWIMMING POOL FROM POOLTOWN IN 1998
THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND INSTALLED THE WRONG POOL AND HAD THE NERVE
TO SAY I STILL OWE THEM MORE MONEY.
I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS EVER SINCE AND POOL TOWN REFUSES TO HONER THE WARRANTY ON THE POOL INCLUDING WORKMANSHIP THE POOL HAS GRASS GROWING THROUGH THE LINER AND THE POOL IS OFF LEVEL BY AT LEAST FOUR INCHES AND THE COMPANY REFUSES TO RESPOND
TO LETTERS AND ALL PHONE CALLS.
THE OWNERS NAME IS LARRY THE GUY DOSENT HAVE AN OUNCE OF BACKBONE IN HIS BODY OR HE WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR HIS COMPANYS ACTIONS BUT INSTEAD HE HAS RIPPED ME OFF AND GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE FELT THE PAIN OF BEING RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY WICH IS NOW DOING BUSINESS UNDER ANOTHER NAME PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK

Pool Town in Houston now called Aamco and the owner goes by Max instead of Mark. They are up to the same crap..
Check there web site it is full of untrue statememnts.

What is the new Operating Name for this Company (Pool Town)? Please provide new name so that future customers will avoid possibilities of being further ripped off under another assumed name. I only found this information due to calling Pool Town on Veteran's Memorial to get an estimate on having a Pool installed by the Summer. There was no answer. Are they now out of business? I found this report by throwing a Wild Card to see if they had an intenet address and found this report instead. I am glad I did. Please provide me with the new name thru email contact. Thanks
