Poor Fish Outdoors Poorfish.com Extremely poor customer service Ballwin, Montana

Found a good deal on Poor Fish's ebay store, but to my mistake it wasn't the item I was looking for. It seem Poor Fish used the exact same price of a similar model, and made the item they were selling seem like it was that particular model.

At first I purchased the item, and paid for it immediately. After realizing my mistake a few minutes later I contacted poor_fish directly, and received a prompt response that they will cancel the item. After waiting for a few hours, I emailed them back asking where is my refund. I received a response saying the item has already left, and basically told me tough luck, after confirming the cancellation request.

so I open a case on ebay to try and rectify the situation. I was told by poor_fish to send it back at my expense and provide them a tracking number.

After receiving the item I immediately sent it back at my expense to poor_fish, and to my surprise they completely block communication with me. Unable to send them a message, or call them directly. I went to their website to send them a message, and they blocked me.

Now poor_fish has the item, my money, and wasted my entire time. If the item did not cost under $100 I would be sueing their a**es. Stay away from poor_fish on ebay, and poorfish.com, as their business name says it's run by completely poor fishes.
