I was hired to install/and investiage HVAC system that he installed an he DID NOT put in the railsing that hold the filter consequently it was flopping around and furnace/household aird was not being filtered despite Daryl Smith charging $100 per filter.  He was to put in a humidifyer, he put in the wrong one, he did not do a load study to see how big of a unit he needed and put in the smallest for a 5000 sq ft house, which was groseless inadaquate.  I paid him thousands, and I called and told him it was not working.  He said to wait a month.  I did. I called and said it was not working.

 He came out and said since I had the newest type unity of Honeywell, he had to order parts and he would be back in four days.  He never came back,   He ignored my calls.  I complained to the State of Utah about it and they arrested him for FRAUD.  I filled Civil Action and one, but he failed to appear...judge issued Bench Warrant.  I be he does not miss next court date in January.  So he's been arrested twice, and served by Utah on numerous occasions and refused, not smart enough I guess, to get a license.  He is still out there ripping people off and taking their money by banging a hammer on the system pretending he is fixing things.  Sad a person like this exists in thie world.  I won't comment about how I really feel.
