Pop Roxx, Inc, James Dirk Roach, Dirk Roach, Jamie Roxx Ripped me off, scammed, stole my money, lied, giving artists a BAD rap! Carson City, And San Diego Nevada and Internet

On Sept. 2, 2006, I ordered two paintings, on the website, from Pop Roxx, Inc., artist James Dirk Roach (aka Jamie Roxx). That same day Jamie called me and said his paypal acct was not working and could I send him a check for $600. for the two paintings. I sent a check on Sept 5 to the following address:

c/o Lenora Dody
4611 Georgia St. #6 San Diego, CA 92116.

The check was cashed a few days later, and Jamie called to say he was sending the paintings out. We never recieved the paintings and subsequently got an excuse from Jamie as to why. He then claimed he would be sending them out right away. And again, we received nothing but more excuses as to why the paintings never got sent. This went on for 3 months. We never recieved the paintings. I've asked repeatedly for them, or for our money back. He won't return phone calls or emails. The paintings we purchased were:
1. Geisha
2. Steve McQueen
both oil on canvas.

I also have names of 4 people who were ripped off, and scammed by James Roach...aka Jamie Roxx, Dirk Roach, James Dirk Roach.
