PAPA  WHEELIE is a moped repair shop that is run by morons who installed my new engine and drained the oil out of the crank case and sent me home on it, the motor melted down, they refused to talk to me on phone or by e-mail, till my thirty day credit card warrenty wore off.

And was able to keep the monie as my engine went shot

Check the greenville court records, they have ruined many a moped, they worked on mine in the rain, over a mud puddle, go in the back and look at the place they work on your bike.  and walked away with $350.00 of my money, because they hid out during the credit card discovery period.

these people are socio-pathes and none of them is even a mechanic in the end i went just blocks down the street and found a place called (((competitor's name redacted))) and they rebuilt the engine.
