Any client of his who is seeking relief should also consider filing a police report because this is an organized crime, as well as a civil small claim suit of their own in their local county against Mr. Pope & his company, filing a complaint with your State's consumer fraud agency, and filing complaints with the BBB, warning wedding websites, and filing reviews on review websites such as google, yahoo, yelp, etc.

His arbitration clause is likely invalid and unenforceable and the goal is to prevent this from happening to other loving couples who are looking for a great, professional cinematography company, that of which Jamil Pope and his company are not.
