Popular Club I, placed an order / quit job/canceledorder/askedsecretary to get my refund/also asked to redeem my dividends we got a certificate for money refund/ then she and I,got the run around/ she had orderedt TOTOWA, New Jersey

Like I, said earlier/ I, ordered  something and I, quit my job/the secretary is my employer and I, canceled the order, asked for a refund of my money.....also asked to use my divideneds but popular club sent her a certificate instead of money/ said I, could add it and use it w/ my divideneds....Well folks... some times popular was slow w/ shipping the orderedstuff but at times were early.... but that does'nt change anything..... I, re:employedw/ same employer butshe also got the run around and ordered stuff that never came her house....she lost time/ money/years of being a leader/ secretary w/ Popular Club too!!!!!!!!!If Fingerhut bought the company/ that will not help me at all/I, owe them...    did'nt use first name when ordering from Popular Club. used second name<Marlene>......

I had a similar incident with this company. They responded 3 days after I emailed them, and told me to contact their corporate number (415-901-3576) which I did, and they refunded my payment immediately.
