Misleading, disrespectful without any class.
This dealership is horrible. Bait and switch with disrespectful and misleading promises.
after we decided to buy the 2016 SUV Porsche… I have never had someone like Bob and Marcus Fortense miss treated my son and I as bad as this dealership treating us. Bob will snap at you and will scream NO NO NO ... if you try to talk to him.
Marcus Fortense the manager is even worse, that guy acts you are bothering him if you just try to talk to him and will snap at you if you push it. I had to buy the car since I promised my son I will buy that car for him and they knew that. They even lied to us about tinting the windows and installing a clear code.
Oh don’t even waste your time trying to speak to the General Manager David. He will tell you they are doing the best they can, and that’s the way it is here.
My advice is don’t deal with them and run away as far as you can, or they will get you.

No Class or Bad Teacher?

You must have one of the most spoiled brats in the world.
This could have been an excellent opportunity to teach your son a few things. Such as if you feel that someone is disrepecting you, that you don't turn around and reward them with purchasing a car from them. If your son isn't able to understand this than it is you who has failed in your parenting duties.
Oh and don't start going off on how I don't understand, or that I must not have kids, or how could I break a promise to a kid. Because I do have kids, I have had to break promises for similar reasons and they have understood. I'm not saying they were happy, but they understood. Where personally I think they are a bit stronger because of it.
You should have turned around and gone to the next closest dealership. Now, yes it appears it is located in Tuscon a couple hours away. But this isn't like you buying a kids bike, you are spending 10's of thousands of dollars and a couple hours of time would be well worth it.
