Company claims their software would set up my home router so I could remotely access my home security cameras. Cost was $39.95. They claim that if it didn't they would work to figure out why and correct the issue or give me my money back. So the saga began. They did nothing but ask me to try this and try that. Do this and do that. I was doing all the work not them. The end results were always the same. I still do not have the remote access. Then they stopped replying to my requests for help. Only after complaining on another web site did they respond back. Again with the same thing. Do this and do that, try this and try that. I asked for a refund. They have yet to even acknowledge the request.
I still do not have access to my camers and I'm out $40.
