Portia Wilcox Louder has been under investigation of the FBI for 2 plus years, and it is now getting very close to being an air tight case. Potia has ruined Hundreds of peoples lives in Utah County, with her equity Mining schemes, and Appraisal fraud schemes. She has had accomplices put in Jail, for her master plans, and she will soon accompany them. She stole Millions of dollars from good people and turned their lives upside down. She now is running some Loan rescission scam with an attorney out of Boston, and also has representation from a Salt lake City Firm to help legitimize her operations. The scam is set up by her brother, in his name or companies name, but Portia is the master puppeteer. She is a Con artist and a Phscho maniac. She has used every possible tactic to con people and try an get herself out of the mess she has created. This woman should be avoided at all costs, as she is the epitome of BAD to the bone!

I'm still waiting for the conviction. Charile Christensen filed these charges with unclean hands, and its been two years of talk which haven't produced anything but fluff. It's time to get a life and to hold the US Attorney's office accountable for their deliberate waster of public resources.

I've been waiting for 5 years for this snake to finally be prosecuted. She and her partner, Todd Smith, stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from us. It was one lie after another with Portia. I can't wait to see the look on her face when she gets sentenced.

Nice try, but the cats out of the bag! Everyone knows your a Crook! Its just sad that your children will all be raised by someone else, ( although probably good for them ) because you and your husband will be in JAIL for a LONGGGGG time!

My name is Portia Louder
I want to respond to the complaint that was filed against me. Much of what was reported was mean sprited and filled with half truths. I have been involved in many real estate transactions some of which didn't end well and in the end I lost almost everything and have had to start over. I am currently a stay at home mom and my husband is building a business out of state. I am happy to be out of real estate and am trying to put the negative experiences I had behind me. I did not notice any specific names of individuals that I personally hurt or the name of the person that wrote the report. If there is an individual that feels I have personally hurt them please contact me by email I would like to resolve any such matters
