Portman Keene Financial Unreliable, deceptive, dishonest, unresponsive Albany, New York

I was recently contacted by Sandra Turner and was told I was approved for a $10,000 loan and that in order to receive this loan I had to pay for disability insurance and I had 2 options a $750.00 policy or $1,200.00 policy and I had to make a choice and wire the money to her.  I wired the money on Wednesday 10/3/2012 and was told I would receive my money on Thursday morning, when it was not in my account I was told that the name I wired the money to (Adam Saunders) was told I had to change it to Camille Salmon, which I did and was told, by Robin I would receive the funds on Thursday morning.  

To my surprise no funds again.  When I called back Robin told me I nothing to worry about and that it was going through for Friday morning because I misspelled the name it should have been Camilla Salmon, which I had corrected. Then on Saturday morning when there was no money in my account, I contacted Robin that morning, she told me I had to pay an additional $500.00 for the insurance.  When I told her that was unacceptable, she told me I had to wait 5 days for my refund, I told her that was unacceptable.

I reminded her I gave them the $750.00 in good faith and wired immediately to her and I expected the same from Portman Keane Financial she said that nothing would be wired to me.  I asked her to give me her supervisor and she said there was no one over her and she hung up on me.  I attempted to call her back several times and to e-mail her numerous times and would not respond.  I also attempted to contact Sandra Turner who also refused to answer my calls or e-mails.  I finally reached Robin on Tuesday and she still refused me her supervisors name or phone number.  I can not believe that a company would condone this behavior.  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
