This company and its owner, Melinda Harpe, to begin with are rude, belligerent and possibly immoral. But having poor character is not the real issues with this company, what is the issue is that are so focused on getting and keeping your money that are willing to look over little things like trying to lease property that is harmful to a person's health.

We tried to lease a property from them and after moving all of our belonging into the property and turning on the air conditioner for the first time the air in the house caused our eyes to water and our skin to itch.

We would later learn that there was mold in the walls and that the air conditioning unit, was pushing that mold through-out the house. There was also water damage, as well as damage to walls and floors that was supposed to be fixed before we even moved in.

The floor was soaked through with urine and the smell of it was overpowering. Overall this just a small sampling of the problems, the real nightmare came when we tried to get the property management company to fix these issues. Instead of being apologetic or even pleasant the representative of Positive Property,Melinda Harpe, hung up on us multiple times and even screamed at us that the mold was, "all in our heads."

We had to pay for a hotel as we were unable to spend even a single night in the unit and what's more the company, Positive Property, tried to bill us to fix the problems.
