It breaks my heart to write this report. I have been a customer and box holder of Postal Annex, store #7. Hillcrest,92103 since 2005. On Feb 12. 19, I was injured during the mass shooting in the hillcrest neighborhood that evening. I injured my elbow and suffer severe PTSD from childhood trauma. Yesterday, at 5:15PM, I had gone to store #7 to do some scanning, copying and computer rental related to the personal injury case. Elyce helped me and Bosco completed the transaction. After my sale, Bosco asked to speak to me outside. He asked me why I am always unhappy. I told him I was injured both physically and mentally by the incident and I explained I am under severe distress, anxiety and with physical pain to my left elbow. He acted in a confrontational way. My friend BMA was a witness and tried to explain to Bosco what I was going through. Bosco dismissed my explanation and says that every time he sees me I am not happy.

I asked Elyce what I did and she gave me a smug look and said nothing. Of note, this store is in the LGBTQ neighborhood of San Diego. I have personally witnessed members of my community spout off on Bosco and his employees; demanding, cursing and banging on the counters. I have wateched and Bosco seems to attend to these people easier and jumps for them.

Also, I had box #180 for my personal mail. I had a restraining order against someone. After the court hearing the judge ALLOWED my protective/stalking order against this person. He clearly violated the order and I asked store #7 not to allow this person to seek personal information about me. Obviously, someone in the store gave out my information or the person would have not know I was a customer there. I went to an attorney who reached out to the store about the latter and they refused to cooperate.
