POTENT FASHION.COM tried to retun poorly made purse purchase, company had no contact info,no address, no responses to my emails! China Internet

I purchased a replica Prada Bag, for $400, the disciption of the purse advertised states "The tradition of high-quality distinctive goods is continued today by an aura that evokes a continual image of high-end style." When the purse arrived it was the wrong color, the stiching on the purse handle was coming apart and the inside fabric of the purse was cheap! I was so disgusted by the poor quality of the purse, that same day, I immediatly started to research my options on returing the purse. Unfortunelty through my extensive search, i had absoluty no luck. The purse came with no invoice. The only form attached to package was a shipping form with the information typed in Chinese. The potentfashion.com web site has no mailing address, they advertise "Our customer service centre is open around the clock from Monday to Saturday" yet there is no contact #. Their policy to return items state: Please email us: orders@potentfashion.com
"We will reply to you with the necessary return info immediately." I emailed them 3 times in 3 days after the purses arrival. Never one word. Total scam, purse is horrible quality of products, they falsly addvertise their policies and contact information. They ripped me off $400, in return I'm stuck with a purse I can't even use. After I heard no word from them a month later, I decided to use the purse and make the most of the situation, 2 days later the purse handles broke! TOTAL RIP OFF!!
