Ordered From this site, discovered through ripoffreport.com that it was a scam. I emailed both "jose@potentsalvia.com" and "nick@potentsalvia.com" to cancel my order. A few days later I received an email that confirmed my order, and then another telling me to disregard the last email, and that my order HAD been canceled. 1 week later I see SUMMIT WEB VENTURES on my bank statement for the same price as the product I ordered.
The customer service doesn't answer, their phone number is disconnected. This is a confirmed SCAM.

We at Potentslaiva.com truly apologize for our negligence. Although explanations behind our lack of customer service may have little effect on already established opinions, we hope that addressing these issues will revitalize our reputation.
Problems ranging from system errors, increases in demand, and issues with our supplier resulted in poor customer service within the last six to eight months. To remedy these issues we implemented entirely new processes throughout the company. We sincerely apologize for any unresolved transactions during this intermediary period. Our customers are very important to us, and moving forward, we guarantee a positive experience.
