First off I was stupid. Next time I will order with a credit card and not my bank account. I will also make sure I have a physical address in the CONTACT us area, I will also CALL the customer service phone number before I order to make sure the number is even in service. With that said, here is my Rip Off report on PotentSalvia.com

I ordered from this company on April 23rd. By april 29th I had not gotten my product even though they advertise shipping out within 2 business days. I attempted to call the phone number on the website 877-7salvia and got a recording saying the phone number was no longer in service

When I heard this i IMMEDIATLY (april 29th) e-mailed them using two e-mails (nick@potentsalvia.com since this is the e-mail I got when my recipt was e-mailed to me and to info@potentsalvia.com since this was supposed to be the customer service e-mail letting them know since I did not hear from them via e-mail and since there phone number was disconnected I wanted to cancel my order and not have money taken out of my account.

Since I did not hear back from them, I decited they must be out of business and the e-mail was an Automatic thing, I let it go.

Well, they STILL took the money out of my account today ( may 5th) that is SEVEN days after I requested to cancel my order.

On their website they have NO address and 1 e-mail to contact them at ( that they never reply to) and a disconnected phone number.

the phone number given as the number that my money went to in my bank account is 510-350-7757 I called that number and got a generic voicemail like the ones you have on your cellphone before you set up a custom voicemail .

I did some research online and found an address and phone number for the company- they are as follows

7043 Homewood
Oakland, Ca 94611

the number is 510-881-3095 I attempted to call this number too and It also has a generic voicemail.

i am reporting them to their state attorneys office tomarrow morning and will be reporting them to my bank in the morning as well.

BUYER Beware!

Sorry for the experience you had in the past with PotentSalvia.com. PotentSalvia is in no way a scam. We are a highly reputable online low price leader for salvia and other incense products. I See that Alex posted a response fairly long ago, but I wanted to put out my personal email address for anyone who had any issues with potentsalvia.com in the past. You can contact me directly at mark@potentsalvia.com. For anyone considering purchasing salvia, you can also email me directly to get a discount code for giving us a chance even though we have some reviews like this. I know they had issues years back before we took over management of the company, and I also feel other competitors latched on and have posted negative comments about us as well.

We have shipments going out daily and currently offer high quality standardized salvia extracts & leaves, kratom extracts & leaves, & herbal incense blends.

Thank you for your time,
Mark Taylor

I am sorry you had to experience the mess that WAS potentsalvia.com It is unfortunate when things go the way they did. I could sit here and make excuses, back orders, bad employees, shipping and system errors, but why? It won't make things better. So, seeing that potentsalvia.com is under new ownership and Its my job to make things work, not excuses, I would like to make things right with those that where ripped off, or forgotten. Now I know I don't have to, its not my mistakes that lead to this mess, but I'm going to because I would like to regain the trust of the public and get some repeat orders based off my charming personality and great customer service. So, if you would like to get a hold of me with your horror stories of the past and see what I can do to make things right, please e-mail me -Alex
