Potomac Edison over charging Akron ohio

I am only going to talk about the most recent act, I live in a two bed room one level apartment with my two kids 14 and 4 yrs old.We moved in 1-18-14.. i received an outrages bill for 397.27 dollars for a month usage.And when i called to get a explanation on how i was told for my area Complex thats the estamated usage during the winter months.which is bazar due to the difference in the number of house hold members, cirrcumstances ,ect. i feel hopeless im not able to afford close to 400.dollars amonth for electric service n its liike put up are get disconnected.i work my children are in school plus activies during the day.And are restless at night.I need help and guided in the right direction to stop this company from riping me and God knows whom else off.this is beyond wrong.
