Potpourri Group, Inc. Refused to refund payment for a defective order. Internet

I orderd a personalized Cowboy team locker room picture with the name McKINLEY printed on a football jersey. When ordering,I specifically spelled out the name with a small c. I was not told at the time that it could not be done. I received the order with all the letters of the name capitalized.

After complaining with the company about the order we received another order was placed by an associate name Dave and below is a portion of the email I received. Notice how the name is spelled.

We received a second picture with the name still printed with all capital letters after they told us the small c could be done. They are now refusing to refund my money.
