Potterybarn ripoff dishonest/renags Braintree Massachusetts

I purchachased a $5,000 living room set. Was told that I could purchase floor model slip covers when furniture taken of floor. Rec. call from store offering used slip covers for 30% off. I was told 50% and they agreed. Charge me at the 30%rate.

Called and reported to corporate and they gave me the difference. Purchased two chair(used) slip covers $571.00 for both. Sofa was not ready to leave floor. Store said they would call when ready. Sold slipcover to someone else. Called corporate to complain and was told that it was a mistake. They tried not to give me my money back on chair covers returned. This was purely personal as they were mad I called corporate the first time. When I complained I said that I would have retrobution and it happened.
