I have been using this company for many months and i have never had any problems with them. Until now. On the day i was due to pay them back my wages got paid in late. as a result the direct debit to them didnt come out. So when my wages went in later on in the day i phoned them and was told to make a payment over the phone. I was assured the direct debit would not come out. so i go to the bank the next day to see my balance and its 0!
i went into my bank and they got it all up on screen that it had infact come out twice. i have this printed off as proof. i phoned them and they hung up on me !!! TWICE. so i contacted them via the live chat. by this point my phone had been blocked because i hadnt paid the bill because they took all my money. all they kept telling me to do was to phone payment services. when i asked them for there adress they refused:

SHAUN: As stated above you would need to explain the nature of why you need the address, this is company policy.

zara: i need the address so my bank can get in contact with you. seeing as you h ave made no effort to pay me back...
SHAUN: I would need to ask please that you would contact our Payment Services Department. They would best be able to handle this query for you.
SHAUN: Payment Services can be contacted on 08000 32 76 53.The hours of operation for our client's Payment Services department are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
zara: yes i know. i have contacted them on several occasions and they have done nothing.
it has been 6 days since they took the payment off me and they have done NOTHING except f*** me off.

Firstly thanks to Zara for initially reporting this company.
They are complete fraudsters not only do they repeatedly treat their customers in the same way as Zara had been treated but they also pass on your details to all of their sister companys (trust me they have a lot) in which they check your credit file on a repeated basis using an outsourced company, I can only presume they do this to check eligibility of certain products/services for marketing purposes in which they can sell on your info or find information via electoral role on other members of your household to gain raw cold data to provide cold calling agency's with.
If you understand how the uk credit system works then i'm sure you understand why this information is good to know before you ever decide to give a company like this your personal details.

So on the phone yesterday they told me i would have acces to the money either last nite or today. so i go the bank and as per usual theres nothing. so i phone and now there telling me 5 days. hmmm well see.

Ive just phoned yet again and there telling me to reloan to get my money back today. if i did this they would make 3 pound on the reloan. so basically tere making 30 on there mistake. 30 is a days wages for me....

after arguing with one of there so called advisors (shaun) for TWO days i got there address:

its now been six days since they took the double payment of fme. they still have done F ALL. i phoned yesterday asking when there planning on paying me back she said i have to wait 5 days for it to clear when i informed her it had been 6 days she put me on hold came back and said TEN DAYS from today. then i phoned later asking the same question this time i was told 7 days. then i phoned again asking the same question and they told me 6 days. ABSOLUTE SHAM!
