POWER COLON CLEANSE/HOME HEALTH STORE/ PURE G HEALTH Refused to Refund Money on a Fraudulent Transaction WHO KNOWS Internet

I discovered a series of fraudulent transactions on my bank account, which were charged through my debit card. My bank provided me with a phone number for the fraudulent charges and instructed me to inform the company of the situation. When I called the number I waited on hold for almost an hour and a half and when someone finally answered I could barely understand them.

I explained the situation to the person, who kept asking me when I received the product in the mail. I had to explain 3 times that I had not received anything because I did not order it. Finally they got what I was saying and told me they would process my account for cancellation and refund. They told me I would receive an email confirmation of this transaction within 24 to 48 business hours.

A week later I still had not received a refund or any further communication from this company. I called again and waited on hold for nearly 2 hours this time. I was given the same song and dance with this customer service agent, and was then told that the issue would be escalated to a supervisor. She told me I would receive confirmation via email. Needless to say I never received a refund or confirmation.

Three days go by and I receive an email that states that the account had been cancelled, but I would need to return the unused portion of the product to obtain a refund. So, I email them back explaining that there was nothing to return since I had not placed the order, and I had no way of knowing where the stuff was shipped to.

I received another email providing me with an address to where the product was supposedly delivered, which was NOT my address and the package was signed for by a person whom I do not know.

I called them again and waited again. Who knows how long I waited this time... Blah blah blah.

Today, almost a complete month later, I have still not received my refund and I continue to have to fight with these people over this being a fraudulent purchase.
