Look I am writing this message is due to the result  Unsatisfaction and disturbing  Service and lack of communication. I am going to start off with my purchased package #3 that I pay $1,600. I finished purchasing this package in June  I was told that the tradeline will be posted on July 20 for $10,000 to my CPN Account. I asked Brandon 2 times since then where is the tradeline that support to be on my account on July 20 2017 he said he’s going to contact customer service and never got back to me. 

 

 It is now October and no tradeline was even attempt to be added to my CPN account. I had to pay some guy $1,100 to be put as a authorized user on his American Express card which gave me the credit score today of 700. The second thing I wanted to go over with you also was my purchased for the CPN Maker package (make the CPN your self). I also purchased that package in July for $2,000, Original price was $2,400. 

 

Brandon sent me the files but never went over proper training with me.  He did part one of the traning but never did part two of the training. If things do not change immediately I will report this service to the attorney general And the better business Borough.  I request a full refund  for the two package I purchased  of $3,600 or I will be also taking you guys to court. You have 48 business hours to get back to me about this concern. i send them that letter and no one ever got back to me 1 week ago please help me.
