Bulk Mailing List Companies are the most unreputable businesses. Yet, I did a lot of research and thought I had selected a reputable company. But I was wrong!

I purchased a dedicated server in early December in hopes to do a holiday promotional campaign!

First, they tried to Bait and Switch me. Although Interspire is all over their website, tell told me MailWizz was better and I should go with it instead. I said 'no' and insisted on Interspire.

It took several day for them to actually installed and deliver the machine. Once I logged into the machine to update my mailing list, the system continually crashed.

There was a database preinstalled, so I uploaded a large 500,000 person mailing list into it. Yet, during the upload process it crashed and the database somehow disappeared!

Never in my life would the database itself disappear upon a crashed upload! How did this happen? They could not give me a good explaination. Yet, all the data I had uploaded was not there and the database itself disappeared. Meaning, where is my data?

They said they had to install me a new machine because my machine was faulty. I said okay fine. Yet, what happened to all of my data I just uploaded? No answer.

I fussed with them back and forth for 2 weeks about getting a good clean installation of Interspire on the server. There were constant glitches; and they kept proposing MailWizz. I see how. They are not proficient in installing Interspire, so they were trying to switch me to a more simpler software, claiming it was better anyways.

Next think you know it's two days before Xmas and it's too late to even think about a Campaign at this point.

I was beyon frustrated! I simply asked them to refund my money! They kept fighting with me so I opened a PayPal dispute.

They asked me would I be interested in a mailing list for future mailings instead of a cash refund. They offered me about 40 Million contacts for  in lieu of the cash. I sorta thought that was a great deal, so I said 'okay.'

They then said, "well, you have to close the PayPal dispute first" so we do not lose both ways.

Why did I trust them?! I closed the dispute, the end of December and it is now February 8th and I have yet to receive anything!

They have done nothing but intentionally jerked me around day by day! I have literally emailed and been on chat over 20 times since the episode occurred. And they keep promosing, just wait, you will receive it!

At some point, I just had to face and realized I had been scammed! I just did not want to believe it, but this is the case!

I even threatened them I would write this post 2 weeks ago, if they did not refund either the cash or the mailing list as they offered. They said, "just wait," you will receive it.

Angel is the only person that answers the Chats. I'm wondering if it is a one person operation. When I get emails, it is always from Admin.

Anyways, I am sick of this non-sense!

I have been tortured and frustrated beyond belief!

I know they have intentionally toyed with me, everyday telling me, "just wait". For what? Just to B.S. me over and over!

Maybe I just had a bad experience, but it is a real experience!

Refunding my money should have been a "no brainer." Losing my Xmas Holiday promotion was the major loss! This company showed no concern on the damage their lack of service caused! It was simply the most drawn out horrible daymare ever!

I HATE THEIR GUTS AND HOPE THEY DIE AND GO TO HELL AND BE TORTURED THE WAY THEY TORTURED ME FOR 2 MONTHS!
