Attention: All States Electrical Licensing, Contracting Licensing Boards Powerhouse Retail Services 301 E. Main Street Crowley Texas 76036.
Refuses to Do Business right they send uneducated & unlicensed contractors to do their 3 and 4 million dollar jobs.
They have contracts with Wal-Mart Stores across the country to (install Balsas and Light Bulbs and Some wiring of Low Voltage Equipment, Phone Data Jacks and Home Theater Displays).
All Dollar Generals Stores (A/C Outlets for Ice Machines).
711Stores (all Lighting and Balsas).
Blue Boxes/ Block Buster Video Machines outside and inside of Quick Trip Stores. (All Electrical Outlets and Wiring, ATM Machines),
(All Electrical and Wiring Maintenance)
Hibbits Sports Stores (Data Jacks and Low Voltage Wiring through out the stores).
They continuously do business in all these states without ever getting a license. All Electrical and Contracting Work is being Contracted and Performed by Retail Installation Services located at 413 North Maple Street, Brighton, IL 62012. However, this business only hires smaller private contractors ( Meaning 1 guy with a truck, in most cases they are convicted felons who have no way of getting licensed or Insured). This business does not insure or licensed any of them and doesnt even have a Contractors License, Communications License, Low Voltage License or Electrical License themselves. This business and the smaller contractors they hire dont even carry any Workmens Comp Insurance.
This is a very large pyramid scam.
Please protect your states licenses and revenue. Also make every effort to protect these retailers who are being defrauded with faults documents, make every effort to insure their employees and consumer safety, while these unlicensed contractors are performing work in their stores. You can do this by simply calling the retailer and asking if the work is being done and by what company. These people are at more then one of these locations in your state a day, except for the Wal-Marts they are at Wal-Marts one store all week, Every Wal-Mart Store in Your State will have this work performed between now June 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011. That should give you all the answers you need to protect your state.

I'm the Investigator, Hello!!!!!!! NOT in a UNION....Just someone that pays tax and paid to go to school and paid for my licenses.....According to Law, You don't have to be in a UNION to get licensed. You do have to go to school and past the tests for that field.... You do have to PAY for your License, Just like everybody else..... Ask the licensing boards. However you do have to be license to DO the work and keep doing the work. I understand that these people and most likly yourself have been operating illegally for many years. The reason this country is in as much debt as it is, is because there are businesses like yourself that do not pay there employee's properly. Want to abuse their worker's, THE LITTLE GUY, Tell them that they have to do the job for 50 cents a hour, while they walk away with millions....They also cut corners and avoid Tax. As messed up as TAX may seems to the people and businesses like yourself, is as needed as it is to Run the most powerful country in the world....everybody Wants,,,,, nobody wants to pay....
If you have to be Licensed and educated to do the work and take the job. Why don't you just get licensed? Is it because your not educated enough to pass the test? Or are you trying to get over. These are not honest people.... Unless you think that nobody in this country should not go to school. The honest people that went to school, took student loans, took the tests PAID for there Business Licenses are the people that are honest and hard working....NOT THESE GUYS.... I think you work for them right???? Or are you a OWNER, Don't worry I will find out. If you work for them then you are not licensed. If you are an owner the only reason this even bothers you is because soon you will not be able to get over anymore. JUST GET LICENSED.....Everybody who owns a Hammer and a Nail for some strange reason thinks they are in Business. WHAT???????????
If they weren't breaking the laws there wouldn't be a problem, however obviously they are..........

I suspect the companies have "unlicensed" people doing these jobs because it is beyond the capabilities of the average licensed electrician.
You, Mr. "Investigator" are either a union official or an electrician.
This is NOT a Ripoff and is an attempt on your part to cause trouble for someone following the law and making a living. Much to the union's dismay, NO license is required for low voltage wiring...get over yourself...Mr. IBEW "Investigator."
