I paid for their services to design my website.

They completely did not do the job properly- i had some link which was never my e-commerce store.

Paid for hosting details as well.

I kept chasing them up & dealing with a guy called Sean.

He was meant to call me at least 10 times & get the job sorted out.

I paid for a website that was never created & nor did he fix the problem.

They are a complete scam i believe!

It has been nearly one year as well

I have called their number multiple times and cant get through- they must do this to lots

This company is a rip off - do not use. They contacted us to make things right but never did. Stay away, do not use this company.

Sean Marsh from Power Seller Templates has contacted to clear the air and make things right. They are willing to handle things in a professional manner to regain my business and trust. They are working on my ebay store and website and are proving themselves as a legitamate upstanding company. I do appreciate Power Seller Templates efforts to make things right and I will update with the outcome of how everything turns out.

We at PowerSellerTemplates.com are extremely sorry that you have had a bad experience with us, however our side of the story is a little different and I would not want to get into the same.

We delivered the eBay store and the listing template, and the website home page and all inner pages were approved by you.

Then you filed a dispute and stopped resdponding to us only asking for a complete refund when we had already completed the eBay store design, listing template design, and eCommerce website design, eBay store HTML and the listing template HTML, we had also built a scrolling banner for your eBay store.

All that was pending was moving the live listings over to the new template ( this needs to be done manually and takes a week ) and getting the eCommerce website live.

You yourself said you have approved all the designs in your post.

It in inhuman to get a complete eCommerce site live a day after you approve the design, it take 5 to 7 working days to get the site live, integrate the shopping cart, payment gateway and run all QC checks.

We have also sent you all the files to install in good faith when you stopped replying to us.
