Power Stop WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS Bedford Park Illinois

I purchased 2 brake and rotor kits for my 2012 F150. I recieved the kits in the mail and the rotors for the rear were wrong. So I sent them back and had the front rotors and brakes installed. After driving the truck I started noticing a burning smell. So I took it back to the shop and they told me that the brake pad was making constant contact with the rotor. They checked the brake caliber and that was functioning fine. They told me that the problem was with the rotor. I contacted power stop and they said it would be at least a week before a new part would arrive. I could not wait that long and I had Ford install oem pads and rotors.

 The technician at ford measured the surface of the rotor and found that the outside edge of the rotor was thicker then the inside edge of the rotor which caused the brake pad to constantly rub the rotor. When I told Power Stop about this they said it was an installation error and it wasnt their fault. This company will not stand by their products and their mistakes. This rotor was machined incorrectly.
