Power Window Pro Individual did not complete power window repair after receiving payment Hallandale Florida

On 5/21/13, I contacted Power Window Pro, via phone, located at 455 Golden Isles Drive in Hallandale, Florida in reference to a power window repair.  After the initial call was made, an individual by the name of David came out (not his real name) and attempted to complete a repair on the passenger side window of my Honda Accord.  

He could not complete the job and stated that a motor would have to be ordered to finish the window.  I ordered the part from Auto Zone which came in the next day.  At that point, I called him back several times but could not get him to return to compete the repair. He stated via text "what are you my girlfriend??" 

It should be noted that I paid him in advance in good faith and he left the door panel off and nuts and bolts scattered throughout the vehicle.  Another week went by and on 5/30/13, I sent him another text message asking if he would complete the job.  His response? "You have to come to me" and "don't forget to bring your shotgun".
