On 6/26/17, I ordered a TV Frog. However, after reading reviews of this unit, I wished to cancel the order. Asked Do NOT ship nor charge my credit card for the unit. They ignored the emails, ignored the phone calls. Charged my credit card immediately for 3 units not 1 unit.. Billed for 3 units. The units were shipped from Canada and not from the UK. When the package was received the package was not identified as being from the original company,

they KNOW YOU won't send the product(s) at the exorbitant return costs from the US to overseas. so they offer you a discount to keep the product. they KNOW exactly what they are doing.. a ripoff to be sure.

- ships products from switzerland,
- corresponds from Canada with their emails.
- They do not answer phones with real people. You can try 888-836-8088 . Don't expect success though.
- requires you to return product(s) to the Nederlands.
- NO RMA is ever issued according to their terms and conditions.
- Governing law in their contract is British Columbia.
