Powerhouse Gym Spring Hill Florida Lie and curse at you when you question something Spring Hill Florida

In April of 2008 i joined powerhouse gym in Spring Hill FL. Nice gym people were friendly good to go. in August i had an automatic bank withdrawal of about $22.00 plus my monthly membership fee of $40.00, i did sign a 1 year contract in April. My wife in august brought to my attention the extra $22.00 so i called the gym and spoke to a lady and asked what the charge was.

She told me it was a maintenance fee and i initialed it on the contract i told i do not remember being explained that fee and i do not agree with. so please cancel my contract and send me the early termination fee which i will pay. i never received anything until today i got a bill for $227.00 $100 termination and 3 months gym fee sept, oct and nov.

So i called the gym and got the general manager HEATHER HALE, told her the situation informed that i would pay the $100 she told me i had to pay the $227, let her know that is not going to happen but i will pay the $100, she hung up on me. So i called back and said that was rude to hang up on me.

She replied have fun getting sent to collections D*CK... Wow real professionalism from the GM and the owners sister and Co owners wife..So i called the corporate office in Farmington Hills Michigan and spoke with customer relations @ 248-476-2888 and also filed with BBB and Hernando county Business Authority...
