We signed up with this company to process our online credit card payments. 

This company will not fund your business accounts. They say they are the processor however, send you infomratio off to another company who may or may not process your companies transactions. If you want to just give you hard earned business account money to them, do not expect to be funded. If you have a website you will have to pay for a license to use their gateway to intergrate it into your website. You will find that you will be frustrated as well as your clients. 

Kathryn Parenteau and Vicky Tibbets, who is charge of the company will attempt to collect fees from your account which may result in NSF (non sufficent funds) fees. Their exact reply to this when requesting that they not attampt to charge our account any longer was, "There will be additional fees charged at the end of the month for your fees. You will be responsible for those fees as well as the current balance and no refunds will be provided for your bank fees. 

Stay away from this company small businesses beware! I have already informed our Chamber of Commerce and will soon be contacting their Attorney General.
