How to solve the problems with powersportmax

I happen to do a google search and came accross their website and was suprised how low they sell them, as an American doing business in china i know prices and their prices are similar to wholesale IN CHINA. So i decided to do a google search and found so many complains and like the olg saying goes if it sounds to good to be true than it is.
After doing some investigation i see that the person listed with state of california secretary of state records is a person by the name of "Jie Dou" (usually the personal liste is the owner) and as i suspected previously the owner is chinese because this is who they conduct business there and get away with it, they sell you anything (working or not) than your on your own.
I checked google maps which i saw that they do have a physical location with their name on the building and as many reported and i saw it on google maps their company is regsitered with the state of California as DEEALS, INC. Which their license was suspended in 01/13/2005 with California State Secretary Entity Number: C2718316 which according to state laws THEY CAN NOT operate (do business) under that name since suspended and the agent of services is lsited as "JIE DOU" (usually the company owner).
I decided to do a further check and saw that this person has regsitered another name and currently (as of May, 09,2016) operating their website powersportmax.com (and www.Maxpro-llc.com and charging/billing under the name of Maxpro LCC) and this name MaxPro LLC is registered with the California State Secretarty as of 03/17/2011 and the state of California shows currently active (as of May, 09,2016) with California Secretary Entity number: 201109410072
Here is what i would suggest... If you have a bills of sale/invoice/ anything that you purchased after the suspenion date of DEEAL, INC and that name on the invoice or bill of sale you can contact California State Secretarys office (their website and phone number listed on google) and file a complain and i would bring up that this person keeps switching names and operating under the same DBA and same location and ripping people off and also notify Los Angeles city attorney's office and California Attorney generals office includding BBB and any other entity that will and can take legal action against them to recover your money or run them out of business. But this kind of people are smart and if already havent they will create other website(s), Corportaions either in their name or someone else.
Some tips: like the old saying goes if it sounds to good to be true than there is a big chance it might be and google them it only takes miutes and you can save thousands and alot of headaches. DO NOT rely on customer reviews and these websites can create their own.
If you cant contact the company via the phone they provided than how good is even a lifetime support or warranty do you if no one ever answers or replies to emails?
And remember there is always ALWAYS............ a catch. Which in this case seems no support, no parts, and you buy something that wont run (as reports stated) and basically something that you cant even sell for pennys on the dollar to recycle it.
This is my personal opinion and im not an attorney and dont take this as legal advise. Just stating some facts and how i would go about doing things. Good Luck
