About 3 months ago,I purchased an ATV from "Powersportsmax.com.The ATV ran fine for about 2 or three weeks.Then the Rear Brake Assembly failed."Deeal Inc" Instructed me to ship the Rear Brake Assembly back to them,and that they would send me a replacement.Now,(2months later) I have yet to receive anything.Everytime I use the (Chat Online) section on their website I get the run around.They tell me they had to order my part from China.They"l tell you a diferent date,each time you ask.I have all the transcripts from the chat sessions.I ended up buying another ATV because of all this B.SNow I have a big Roketa sitting in my garage that is useless.They claim they have all the parts for every ATV in stock,when in fact they have none.

Since my original report,Ive continued to been lied to.An operator will tell you something diferent the next day you call.Dont buy anything from this company.If I stopped "One Person" from getting screwed by this company It would put a big smile on my face.You may receive the ATV you order from them,But you can gaurantee they wont ship you any replacement parts,should you need them.
