Powerwasher FNA Group FAIP North America Power washers that smoke when you use them and then die Elk Grove Village, Illinois

I purchased this power washer on May 2011 to wash off my deck. A couple of days into the project the pump pressure dropped and the motor started to smoke. When I contacted the repair facility I was to to ship the unit for repair which I had to pay to have it shipped. A few weeks later it shows up with no mention of what they did. I used it a couple more times and put it away for winter.

This summer I get it out and use it once and then in September is use it to clean my garage and it starts losing pump pressure and smoking. I contact customer service to let them know they did not fix it and I'm told my warranty is expired. If they never fixed it the first time I think this is a latent defect. I tried calling customer service but they never answer and I wait on hold until I give up. I leave a message and they never call back. Do not buy this product they do not stand behind their products.
