If you think your getting a PPM, Business Plan, and or business investors, you may just get your money taken instead. I talked and talked abaut my project and Mike Stapleton assured me that he was ligitament and would write my professional business plan and have a PPM writed for the SEC. He also would take a 3% interest in my project investment funding. He wanted the entire sum but I asked to make payments instead to ensure I would not get ripped off too badly. Well, after waiting for two months and then getting a form to fill out, and then waiting another month I got promises and a poorly writen "Executive Summery". It was coppied from the business plan I had sent him that I wrote.

After $1,500 only promises of documents if I pay more money. I asked for a $1,000 back and a blank copy of a PPM to fill out myself. Mike's reply is oh, we have a contract. So, beware if you pay him money, you may not get what you bargained for. If you are cash strapped, or need business consulting don't pay him anything if you want help.

In my prior comments I suggested that InCredia and Mike Stapleton are trustworthy and have the utmost integrity, as it turns out I was right.

It would seem that Jeri Mead (the poster of this complaint against InCredia) is creating a patern of fraudulent behavior with multiple companies. She (Jeri Mead) has posted another complaint about a separate company using the same allegations.

It seems that the owner of (((Redacted))), the victim in this complaint, has searched and referenced Jeri Mead's complaint regarding InCredia in their rebuttal. And rightfully so.

In my opinion, it would appear that Jeri Mead of Highlite Advertising, LLC is commiting services theft and fraud, including possible wire fraud, and defamation.

I must say I'm very suprised to have found this while Googling InCredia. I have worked with Mike Stapleton and InCredia for 6 years and have experienced great results. Mike is responsive, returns phone calls and goes out of his way to make sure we're satisfied with whatever service he's providing for us. The person that posted this report is obviously not a good communicator, which is evident in their writing skills and content. Mike is a great communicator and I can't imagine him, or anyone at InCredia for that matter, not following up to take care of a client. He has provided numerous Business Plans and Memorandums for our group and for our clients and we are hiring him again in March (2009) to do more work. To anyone out there reading this; Mike and InCredia are worth every dollar you will spend.

I have worked with this company member on other projects and they had high integrity and honesty in all actions. I enjoyed excellent business insight and direction from this person. I would recommend this company to anyone, not only because of there business offerings but because of the people running the operations.

Rediculous Claims! - Highlite Advertising, LLC - Jeri Mead - Doesn't Pay Bills On Time - Bad Credit

First of all I am shocked to learn that someone would post such allegations. Although the author has chosen not to list their name, I am pretty sure I know who it is, and the allegations are false and misleading.

The author (Jeri) purchased a service which we clearly state must be paid in advance on our website, she (she states she's a "guy" in her profile herein) called us a said she could pay the total amount $4,000 at $500 per month.

Only in certain circumstances do we extend terms that vary from our published terms online, however, in her case we decided to help her out.

Her first payment went through fine, we began working on her project, the second payment was "declined" and we got the run around for 1 week before we were able to receive the monies for her second payment.

Her account was put on hold on a daily basis depending on which information we received from her. Her third payment was also declined, and again her account was put on hold, we finally got fed up and did the amount of work she had paid for to that date and delivered it to her.

We have a stellar record with our clients and in 6 years we have had only a handful of disputes, all of which have been resolved... accept for Jeri Mead. In our opinion you should not extend terms to this lady under any circumstances, you will not get paid as agreed and she will find something wrong with your work to try and get it without paying for it.
