And I accepted to make a payment via PPPAY escrow because I believe that the money will be safe in the escrow account.

I sent the money via money gram to one of the pppay agent after him sending a completed file to instruct me how to make the payment. I have never heard from the seller and the agent. I have reference # for money gram

I emailed PPPAYCOM several times they never answer me about the money. Everyday they say that someone will contact me, but they never did anything. I told them even if it is a fraud it might be easy to catch this person because I have his name, and I contacted money gram they said that they have recorded video cameras of all their transaction.

I believe this person that steals my money is working for them since he access their database, get good account # to send to people.

PPPAy dont have phone # for contact because they know that their web site is not trustful. I save all the file that I received from PPPAY for further information
