PPSN,LLC. my Preferred Platinum Home Based Associate Program my preferred platinum Literally bought into labeling postcard working from home scam and got conned for $365.00.Seeking legal justice. Toms River , New Jersey

I got scammed for $365.00 after responding to an ad in a local cirrcular paper. The ad stated that I could make extra money working from home labeling postcards. I recieved their information in the mail and was ask to send a processing fee to the company and in return would recieve 100  postcards to label/process and return ASAP w/ paid postage fees. Also I would be required to send the either personal check, cashiers check or money order to recieve my choice of 100,500,or 1000 postcard(all w/ different pricings)also I was sent a company packet explaining how to properly process these postcard,a 1099 form /w an explanation of that I would now be a independent contractor,and information on that I should not send back my 1099 until I recieved my first personal paycheck from the company. 

Needless to say I have never seen a penny from them and ofcourse they are not returning my e-mail requests.
