 I ordered four diamond saw blades from PR Diamond and concluded this deal with their sales man Walter Hellibrand. not only did they fail to shop these items timely which caused massive ramifications they only sent one out of the four. When I called and spoke with Walter Hellibrand he lied and said UPS had returne three of them because packaging had broken. The remains three had to be air freighted which they billed me for without authroisation. When I eventually received the remaking three blades they were not what I had ordered. I confronted WalterHellibrand and Mel their office manager who equals Walter in her lying ability. Telling me this was special order and they did the best they could.

As these products must be identified as each type of material they were to be used for and they were unmarked it was not possible to use them. Two years later and despite many attempts to resolve this issue I've instructed lawyers to take legal action against them. They stall and delay hoping their crooked tactics will dissuade you from pursuing them for what you paid for. They continue to call looking for new business depite being told to desist. My experience is simply I did not get what I paid for and was billed extra charges from freight if already paid for. Walter Hellebrand and Mel lied. This is a boiler shop operation using telemarketing tactics. I look forward to seeing them in court. Deceptive, deceitful tactics. PR Diamond you don't get what you paid for.
