Practice Builders invites all doctors. Chiropractors, MD's, Dentists, whomever to grow their practices.

This seminar could have not been any worse. 1. Advertised the seminar from 9-6 FRI and 9-2 SAT. The actual seminar lasted 9-2 FRI and about an hour on SAT... complete waste of an extra night in the hotel. The content was poor and really basic. The seminar lacked any true info to help with a practice. They were supposed to evaluate your website and marketing and was told that mine was too basic and we can help you but you need to invest 20K...Literally wanted to charge me 1200.00 to make my resume, so that I can hand that out to patients to look more impressive. It was 650 to make a business card size referral card...And this 20K package does NOT include printing..What a joke..Not to mention the guy teaching the seminar, pulled out his own card and offer HIS own marketing system for 7-8K? WHAT ? During my coach's call they kept asking me ( prior to the seminar ) how much $ I am willing to spend on marketing..not 20K worth of crap.

An employee, LINDA M., hounded me with a crazt number of e-mails and voice mails to get me to come. Then they offer a FREE KINDLE..of course I dont get the Kindle..what I get is a gift card for 69..to Amazon so that I can buy a crappy old Kindle..the seminar content was really poor too.

JOKE!

I am sorry I confused everyone and made everyone upset. I am sure that a company like Practice Builders that has been around for years has helped many businesses, and therefore helped many people. At this time it was not right for me or my practice.

Let me clear, that I hate getting ripped off. That does not mean that happened here, or that when someone complains that that is the case. In any disagreement there are are always at least 2 sides.

From my viewpoint, I felt that the informed hours of the seminar should have been close to what I was told. In this particular case it was not. I have been a chiro for 17 years and studied a lot of marketing and also did lots of trial and error. I felt my instructor at this seminar was very good. He knew the material and presented it in a professional manner and was able to answer all the questions I had for him. My instructor ( named Malton ) I ended up with a good repoir.

After mutliple e-mails to the company, they agreed to refund a portion of my monies that I requested. I felt that the seminar could have been finished in 1 day vs. 2 days and saved me money for hotel expenses and just was not as adveritsed.

The company has made it right with me and refunded a portion of my seminar money. I think they should be clear on the hours. The seminar is from A to B, then when done we have Q & A. AND we may finish much earlier. That is my opinion. So Practice Builders did say they would refund a portion ( that I asked for ).

I am sorry that I did not enjoy the seminar. Maybe it is my background or experience. I was never trying to be a pain in the butt. My instructor was fine and I liked him, I just was looking for more to do that would help my practice really grow.

I made an error in my original post. I approached the instructor and asked if he could help me with DME back braces. He showed an ad that he ran, I asked if I could buy that ad and he mentioned the ad cost 7-8K for the ad when he paid for it. I am sorry for the confusion. I wanted to buy the ad, if possible and help my DME start-up business.
