Pravda SEO/Oleg Lavitas Refused to pay for work done, constantly editing and changing information Brooklyn New York

I was hired by this company to re-write content on a website. Specific detials stated to either re-write or elaborate on what was already there using the specified keywords and inputting meta tags, title, h1 tagss all in html in doc. Gave me a link to the website and I was supposed to take my information from already provide content. The client constantly changed the information needed, wanted edits, and claimed the information type was irrelevant. Which it was not. then he changed the information needed and word count ad decided that the names of the businesses where different than what the website stated. I messaged him bback and forth through emial an made all changes , then I ltold him I would make one last edit and that i expected to get paid when i turn in the last edit, well the business name is Seattle Airport limo and Town Car but he says it is not and refused to pay me even though i showed him the legal name and adress of the companies he was having me write for. I invoiced him through paypal and he refuses to pay me. He said he sent my work to someone elsse to edit and i would not be getting paid. I want my money. He agreed on $12 per 500 word article and that is what i did times 11 articles. That makes it a balance of $132.00 he owes me.
