This company is known for its unfair treatment of its workers,breaking the law and intimidation practices. For Example,the force their workers to work in the rain during lightening and thunder storms by intimidation tactics such as,telling the workers that we have an office full of application for people that have any objections,don't pay you for your overtime,firing people to make an example to the others and uses retaliation through suspension raise freeze and descrimination. This company have a history of racial prejudices and bad business practice. In 2006 the workers held a strike for the the way that they were being treated ,the ins have been there multiple times and have been sued before and they still haven't improve yet
