Pre-Paid Visa ripoff Withdrew $159.95 out of my checking account without authorization San Ramon California

I was notified that my account all of a sudden had a negative balance by my automated account services. When I called the back to find out exactly who withdrew these funds the back told me, gave me the phonenumber to contact them and the web address which was www.edpreporting.com. When I googled the website I found out that there are several reports on how this company and other companies are ripping people off by taking money out of thier account and telling the bank that the account holder authorized this transaction. I know for a fact I did NOT authorize this transaction. Now my bank is charging me an arm and a leg in overdraft charges and overdraft fees which is causeing my account to become terribly overdrafted. I need help to get my account back to good standards. I have called the number given to me by my back and I have been put on hold then told that all operators are busy to call back. After about 45 minutes of trying to contact these people I finally got ahold of someone and they told me that they were just the operator and that they would put my call in as urgent. As of now I still have not recived a phone call back. The operator also told me that I did authorize this and I am telling you that I DID NOT authorize them to withdraw funds from my account.
