Placed online order on 5/25/2008. My credit card was authorized and I received a confirmation email, but never received the order. Merchant is non-responsive. I attempted to contact via web "contact us" submission, and multiple email addresses, but the merchant has not responded to even one of them. They do not list a phone number anywhere on their website, nor are they listed on 411.com. I can still access my account and order history as of today (6/22/2008) and they appear to be in full online operation, but actually are not. I reported Precious Bedding to their IDAuthority credentials company listed on their website, Comodo Group, for fraudulent activity today as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT.
