I was cold called by a gentleman named Peter Short, claiming to be a former "BBB Executive." He claimed that he had a new company doing Mobile web pages. Of course I wanted to stay on top of technology; so I listened to his schpeel. He offered me a "once in a lifetime deal with a one time fee for less than their current yearly rates." I figured the investment was low; so I went for it. It would have been great if the company could have delivered, but they definitely did not. First, I was told they were having trouble with their "platform" converting websites to mobile sites. It took nearly 2 months for the company to produce anything. When I finally got a response, they offered up mobile page that looked like a child had done it. With more and more people using i-phones, there was just no way that I was going to let the mobile site that they put together represent my company. I emailed the owner and the tech/developer. It took quite awhile to get a response. Finally after several attempts to reach them, I final got a response. They said they would fix the items that I wanted. I waited, I waited...Finally got an apologetic call from the owner stating that he would give me a free "APP" for a friend or another business. Apparnetly that menat nothing, since he could even put one together for me. He blamed his "tech guy" Yada, Yada... So I thought I would give it another shot. Again I waited...Several weeks later, I emailed asking for a refund. I immediately got a call from "Ricky" the supposed tech guy who seemed eager to resolve the situation. However after several emails and countless empty promises, the company still hasn't created anything that they promised: No mobile website, and I am out hundreds of dollars. Really the major cost has been the headache of it all. How much is that worth? Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY. I just don't want another business owner getting scammed by a tech company like this one.

This client was DELIVERED his state of the art mobile web app. He paid an extremely low price and we even edited app for him. Ricky, one of my designer techs could not get a response from this guy, after jumping through hoops for him re edits, etc He then for some unknown reason "got weird" and filed this dishonest summation...
He didn't chargeback his credit card payment, file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, etc. He didn't respond to phone calls/emails re WHY he filed this dishonest report, misleading others...He just hides behind this report...
We have been in business going on 5 years and have made over 400 mobile web apps for BBB members...WE guarentee in writing that a client is not happy with their mobile app AFTER it has been live for 30 days, we will refund their money. This guy never got his app live for some "odd" reason"...I had many others look at his app and none could find anything wrong with it. FAR from "looking like something a child had made", all commented what a DRAMATIC improvement it was over his website's current mobile "offering"...
Search the internet, this guy is the ONLY disparaging voice you will find...
In FACT, I worked for BBB for 25 years and formed my co Precise Mobile Apps BECAUSE one of my BBB members came to me, for help, because HE was ripped off by a scammer co selling bogus mobile websites....This was back in 2013, the year I left BBB and started my own co to help PROTECT BBB members from similar rip-offs for a mobile web app for their desktop website.
I had forgotten about this report, until a prospect, another BBB member brought it to my attention. I have A+ rated Report with BBB, have never been involved with a lawsuit against me/my co. One can review my BBB Report here (this site won't let me cut and paste, but Google "Precise Mobile Apps" Better Business Burea Oakland CA to see this guy's exact report duplicated on my BBB Report's Reviews...BUT NO complaint was filed...HMMMM? You will see three other happy, positive Reviews, however on my BBB Report. Thanks and don't believe everything you read!!
