Precision Auto Repair Services Derrick Dangerous Faulty Repairs Kansas City, Kansas

Owner of auto repair, Precision Auto Services is incompetent and mistakes are made which could have cost customer his life. Over May 2011, customer paid for front brakes to be installed by Precision Auto Services, however brakes did not function properly after installation. 

I went back to Precision Auto 3x's to have fixed and Precision did not fix.  After the 3rd revisit to Precision, I had to have the faulty brake pads reinstalled and rotors grounded by National Tire and Battery on 5-16-11. National Tire and Battery of KCK. documented that Precision improperly installed and allowed grease to leak on the brake pads. NTB also stated that Precision damaged the rotors facing the brake pad.  Numerous dents were noted in their written report.

Owner did not fix problem brakes and I had to have another car, National Tire and Battery in Kansas City Kansas repair Precisions Auto Services Repair's mistake. Owner did not compensate customer for mistake, but instead set up over 5 appointments with customer to compensate customer for mistake. Owner never compensated customer, but inconvenienced cutomer with promises to fix mistake. 

Also when customer arrived for appointments, owner avoided customer and did nothing to  compensate customer for his mistake. Owner lies and has cost and thus stolen from customer several hundred dollars
