Took Jeep for cracked radiator, told them about a grinding noise so approved them to replace both front wheel hub & bearing, brakes and rotors, tune-up, synthetic oil change, ne radiator.  They took 3 days.  They didn't replace the right hub and bearing, they stated it was required.  Left the shop and found they didn't replace a large bolt that held the condensor and radiator on, wheel cap on front right missing and still had a grinding noise. I had to return next day to get bolt put in.

Days later they finally replaced the wheel cap. They said they would replace the right hub and bearing at the cost of the part only no labor charge.  They quoted $105.  They picked the car up again 2 days before i asked them to, they said they wanted to make it right.  So they called soon after getting it to say "good news, you just need an upper and lower hose for the power steering pump and it's less expensive.  Then by late afternoon they called back saying 2 dealerships, oreilly auto parts, Napa Auto parts and Autozone all sent the wrong parts that they needed another day.

Next day they took all day and then brought my jeep to me with charges of $187 for parts only.  They said I could pay them the next day (my payday).

Drove home - STILL MAKING GRINDING NOISE. Now they say they don't hear that noise and that i need to pay them because they fixed it.

Next day I took my jeep to the dealership for a diagnostic of the problem.  They said it was the Power Steering pump that is making the noise, they can hear it and the hoses shouldn't have made a difference unless they wear leaking- they were not.

the dealership also said they broke an airflow hose the the throttle apparently while changing the plugs causing a miss now when idling.

hello we are here to clear our namer after numerous attempts for the consumer to remove.which the consumer agreed.unfortunately once you post a report you wont be able to remove it no matter if it is false or not.even if you wrote it yourself.which is why im here writing a rebuttal 2 years later.false satements were made and our shop's reputation was on the line.this consumer was satisfied with her services until she went to the dealership and was fed an earful about her last visit with us.which we belive of course the dealership will try and add false statements regarding another companies workmanship other than the dealership.we all know extra repairs or services are added to increase profit margin.precision auto masters on the other hand goes out of our way to help our clients providing service thats needed or recommended and not based on paychecks.the consumer does have some of the story correct. we did do work for her which was a cracked radiator.we repaired that and did a tuneup.she was satisfied with our work that she wanted to do her brakes as well. again great service and out the door.came back with another issue(grinding noise) we informed the consumer it was wheel bearings.another noise was coming from the powersteering pump.we saw the pressure hose was kinked causing the power steering pump to also make noise not receiving enough fluid.she then decided to get a second opinion adn went to the dealership.they also confirmed what we already determined.they also mentioned how something was broke.if you ask me the dealership broke it and needed a small local bussiness repair shop to blame it on.precision being the last shop to work on her vehicle the blame was on us.she also claimed we lost her hubcap when in fact she came with one already missing.how do i know this?we take pictures before and after repairs of the vehicle in question for this reason exactly.still not our fault we wanted to make things right for her and still offered her a discount,bought her a new cap from dealership($48.32)which we didnt lose.we offerd pick up and drop off of her vehicle to and from her worksite over 14 miles away from our shop.not only that... we even let her pay for her repairs 4 days later when she was to recieve her check.how many auto shops in town would do all that for a consumer?only to be reported on such a site as this.where we are unable to remove the complaint even after the consumer agreed to.all has been resolved even after the consumer complained to the bbb.which by the way she also lost that complaint do to insuffucient evidence of neglect.we apologize for any inconveniance to our consumers and always try to make them leave here happy.unfortuneately you can't please everyone.even if you do go out of your way.last this complaint is the only complaint we have had online within a 4 year span.we invite others to see our reputation online with bbb at an A+ RATING.as well as recommendations on facebook,over 60 reviews combined via yelp,google,insiderpages,citysearch and more.we invite any one to read these many reviews which give us a 100% rating as a reputable auto shop.we mean it when we say we are here for our clients.we try and keep all clients happy and want them to return as long term clients.we hope this clears our name after this post being up for 2 years.(tarnishing our positive review winning streak 4 yrs long what a black eye)
