Precision Comms intl inc. FRAUDULENT, DECEPTIVE, AT&T COMLICITY, PAYMENT ONE COMPLICITY. OUTRIGHT THEFT Upper Derby , Pennsylvania

MY FTC Complaint against PRECISION COMMS INTL, INC AND AT&T and PAYMENT ONE This company billed my two stores for web services that were not authorized, requested nor wanted.

They are outright crooks and need to be shut down. AT&T is complicit in this fraudulent activity and need to be held responsible. I was reviewing my bills and found this charge. My bill pay person had not noticed it. I called and got the forever run around and on hold for many many minutes and then hung up on. I had to call three times taking over an hour to resolve this the first time.

It is intentional so that many will simply get frustrated and not follow through. When you do get someone you can hear that it is a call center with many many operators handling the same problems. The company that answers claims NOT TO BE AFFILIATED with Precision Comms but an AT&T contracted billing service company

There are many complaints about this company on the Internet. You need to shut this bunch of criminals down. Also since AT&T knows about this fraud and has continued to allow it to continue for many months need to be held responsible as well.

WHEN I ASKED HOW THIS COMPANY COULD BUT THIS CHARGE ON MY BILL WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION they claimed it had been requested by a person. They gave me a bogus name, Steven something. No person except myself and my general manager Ken are allowed to authorize any charges. We did not. Further No person working for me was named Steven. To cover my bases I asked every employee if they had authorized even unintentionally an Internet service. None had. This is a scam company. Surely you have many complaints about them and you need to shut them down or heavily penalize them. If I can find a Class action lawsuit to join I am.

NOW GET THISAfter I got the first 4 or 5 months removed and credited to my account THEY STARTED BILLING ONE OF MY TWO MY BUSINESS PHONE ACCOUNTS AGAIN.

Sure they readily credit the money back but think of the millions of dollars they keep and more that they get to use until they are caught. What a racquet.

PAYMENT ONE IS ALSO GUILTY AS THEY KNOW ABOUT ALL THESE SCAMS AND STILLTAKE THEIR BOGUS BILLINGS AS A SUBCONTRACTOR FOR AT&T

This adds another layer of anonymity. All three companies are profiting from this fraudulent activity and they need to be stopped. Please live up to your reputation as one of the few government agencies that actually gets the job done. All of these companies make it very difficult and time consuming to contact them.
