I don't know who wrote this complaint but I highly doubt they were ever really a customer.  I am not Hunter Precision, and I do not work for them.  I have used their their services and there is absolutely no way these statements or so-called "comnplaints" are true.  They were either put here by a competitor or someone with some personal axe to grind.  Their work is excellent. They've won prestigous awards for their work. I highly recommend them, and no one asked me to post this.  I was looking them up on google to get their phone number about an issue at another rental property, and saw these ridiculous posts and had to set the record straight. 

The behavior reported by the consumer in this report is plausible. This company hides behind an answering service and rarely returns calls. They are a fly-by-night, going door-to-door soliciting work, employ migrant labor that does sub-standard work and they don't service problems when they occur. I know because my $40+ PCR job has resulted in substantial damage to my home, including mold and structural damage. I can say with 100% certainty that this report is false and was not filed by one of Precision’s customers. There are several details surrounding this story that indicate that it was filed by a “disgruntled insider,” rather than a Precision customer.

 First, I think it’s more than just coincidence that the SAME DAY this ripoff report was filed, Mika Hunter had a confrontation with a subcontractor that refused to warranty his work when a project he worked on for Precision leaked. Precision held back half of the damages from his last paycheck and used the money to repair the roof and satisfy the homeowner. This subcontractor had worked with Precision long enough to provide details that make his story seem credible.

 Second, Eric Hunter has been working out of state since 2012 so it is not possible that Eric Hunter was the salesmen on any Texas homeowner’s complaint. However, the disgruntled subcontractor knows him well.

 Third, Mika Hunter's position with the company is CFO. She does not take or make calls to homeowners....ever! Homeowners wouldn’t even know her name, which provides further evidence that this complaint was filed by a “disgruntled insider,” and not a customer.
