I am not an ex-employee but a consumer that was royally screwed by your outfit in Masschusetts.  I believe every negative thing written about your worthless Company because the same thing happened to me.  You will eventually be out of business, the punishment fits the crime Sir.

If you are an ex-employee you should know we don't have any public showrooms. We have warehouses for the techs that they work from. And who the hell do you think you are, you probably got fired from here.You probably made a good income that you somehow screwed up. We dont have a repair shop.

The disgruntled employee "ED" obviously has chosen to take his anger for being fired out on this company. They are not and have never been associated with the company names he has supplied. In fact the company has tried every way we can to try to get those companies that give our industry a bad name booted out of this business. Precisio Door had a webb site that list the contact informaton for all the Precision locations and they are all listed in their local yellow pages. Many service companies, not just garage doors, don't list their addresses unless they have a showrooom.

locations are individually owned and are only connected by paying to use the franchise name. You cannot group them together for the actions of one of the Precision Door locations. I persaonlly own Precision Door of Brevard and Indian River County. I am a reputable company and have never been displayed on any Action TV report or had Better Business Bureau reports. I have an excellent reputation in my market place and was voted "Best Garage Dooor Company" by the public for 4 years. It is a shame the "Rip Off" report has to print all the responses of everyone whether they are legit or not. Have you eve looked at some of the companies that have had bad things reported on this site. Would any sane inteliigent person really believe this stuff. If you did you could never buy an Automobile from one of the national auto Manufacturers, products from major manufacturers and many old and reliable companies.
Have you noticed most of the reports are from employees who don't work there any more but claim to have "inside information." I applaude the companies they talk about for getting rid of the bad eggs. Too bad the bad eggs have a "get Even" tool such as the Rip off Report to try to lash back at many very reliable companies.

I bet most of those names are really associated with they do warranty service for those garage door openers.

If you call them and ask them they can tell you where the office is. A lot of the franchises buy out existing companies and also a lot don't have show rooms so not really an office per say. The corporate office is in Titusville, Fl
