On 7/8/12 I ordered the Precision Induction cook top which was to come with free 2qt.pot with lid ,9" and 10,5"Perfectgreen frying pans which only sent the cooktop and the 2qt. pot. Charged my credit card 129.94. This was also a B OGO free. Received a notice it was all back back ordered. Yet to receive thee two Perfectgreen frying pans which was to come with the original $99.99.Have tryed many times to contact them 855-742-2665, with no avail and also tried the email address which does not exist. for updatehearthwave.com.

Since you were only shipped the ONE PIC, there's a chance you will be billed another $39.95 when you're second one finally ships out to you. There are two shipping fees and the second one is higher than the first.
Also, you will NOT be getting the pans at all. The pans are NOT included with the order the way the commercial says. They ARE free but you have to pay an additional $69.95 s&h. Obviously you didn't pay that so you will not receive them.
If you watch towards the end of the commercial it talks about the pans being free and mentions a s&h fee but if you aren't familiar with their ads you won't notice it.
