SUBMITTED: Thursday, August 30, 2012
Hello, my name is Becky. I am the Social Media Manager for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC. I am terribly sorry to hear about your missing cookware. If you send an email with your order information to facebook@hearthware.com, we will look into the status of your cookware and pass along any updates we receive.
I would also like to take this opportunity to correct a misunderstanding. You can use any induction-ready cookware with the PIC, even if it is not made by us. Look for the induction-ready symbol on the bottom of your pans. You can also test with a magnet. If the magnet sticks to the bottom, your pan should work with the PIC. If none of your pans are compatible, you can find
plenty of induction-ready pans at any store where you would normally purchase cookware.
